We've streamlined our exchange and return process to make it effortless for you. Introducing our enhanced Self-Serve Returns feature!
Here's the improved process:
1. Create a Customer Account: Follow the straightforward on-screen prompts to set up your account.
2. Submit Your Exchange/Return Request:
- Once logged in, choose "Request Return" under the relevant order.
3. Pick the items for exchange/return and submit your request.
*Please specify the reason for the return or exchange in the note section.
Refunds - Store Credits
We offer store credits for all returns and exchanges. This allows you to reorder the correct style, color, and size at your convenience. To ensure the quality of our products, an evaluation will be conducted before issuing a store credit.
Store credits will be issued,  excluding original shipping charges and any paid duties, within 24 hours upon clearance of returned items. Store credits do not have expiration date. 
Final Sale Items: All items discounted, purchased on sale, or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Shipping: 

In ensuring a seamless return experience, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs for returning your product. Regrettably, these costs are non-refundable. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
